You should try to contact TM to check the available of Unifi first before do any decisions.
By the way if you keep silent and don't report to TM, they won't know you still did not happy that does not enjoy the speed.

There are 1 million of subscribers, it is over-limit for TM already and I guess TM also can't handle so many subscribers.
Try to hunt rather than silent there..
