Wrong Streamyx account username / password.

There is no way that I got the password wrong because it's saved in the modem (auto-connect) and nobody touched the setting in the last few hours.

what modem? try login and check.. also did you paid your bill as well?

Sometimes just leave it for minutes or restart modem,then it'll OK
But even after that still cannot connect,then u should call 100 to reset ur line.

Probably some issue with your account or the login server. Try phone them and ask.

Some of the TM subnets like (175.145.x.x) has empty routing which will cause you to not be able to get to the Internet. Usually restarting the PPPoE session so that you get another IP from a different block will solve the problem.

Hi.. im new to the forum, just installed 1mbps with tablet. Actually i want to install 4mbps but dont know why they give me 1mbps, but the contractor inform me my place support 4mbps, i try to use the link given here and want to register my number but the system indicate that the number i entered is invalid. how am to go about registation request for an upgrade? My location is Kuching and my no start with 082.

I can't find the post, here's my personal way.
Only works for public IP, private IP is heavily throttled.

1) Try other IP range.
2) Port forward, choose a high port.
3) Forced torrent encryption.

I don't have the problem, just the download takes some time

if you phone number only contains 7 digits, u need to add 0 add the front.
for example:

phone number: 082 1234567
u need to enter: 082 01234567

for torrent, just subscribe to vpn

just success install streamyx 4mbps with tablet, now terminate old 1mbps streamyx a/c, haha same house
