dang it TM, last few days I have found streamyx throttling my favourite website/seedbox (located on eu) . my speed will only reach up to 200+ and can be as low as 60. wth
I try downloading again with my private vpn on, and voila max up my line again. Done this tests multiple times and same result.

streamyx really sucks.throttle youtube,torrent direct download and lots.no way to breakthrough unless vpn .all package sucks frustrating.

My youtube streaming speed so fast ok.
But when I download file from direct download site (online sharing), the speed very slow 50 kB/s. (normally 4xx kB/s).
Anyone have this exp before??

I heard that 4mb streamyx throttle the utorrent speed. I have been seeing my torrent getting like 16kb per download despite there were 300 seeders.
Is there any solution for this?
