went to visit the show house.. RM600 psf.. free 2 or 3 car parks minimum size 8xx square feet
... first 100 buyers will get 5% discount..

forgot to mention.. according to the sales staff.. minimum selling price RM511,xxx will increase by RM3K every floor up... i think the highest flr is 25th flr..
