Seems like they still struggle to sell all units. Saw adverts on 90% sold for one block and limited units for another block.
Currently they are still at first 10% phase, quite obvious they are working hard to complete the commercial part of the project first. |

How long will it take if walk from the Lead Residence into Aeon Jusco? I know there will be a link way, but it looked quite far distance.

Recently visit this site after Bahkuteh..
Notice the office gona VP soon.. looks good n shld VP in 4-5 months.. Still got ofis lots left fr sale. Lead sales maybe 80+%.. Some big units still left.. price point way above market.. Btr buy subsale in bkt tinggi 2.. Bkt tinggi 2 landed GnG performing well.. semi d 1.6-1.7mil fr intermediate.. terrace 800-900+k.. |
