Yesterday happened to drop by at canary sales office, heard price for maple service apartment to be around 550 per sq feet.
Extremely overpriced

Today's Sin Chew has an article on Gateway Klang, and stated that Aeon Mall will be their anchor tenant for Goldmark. So, forsee less shoppers to Bukit Tinggi Aeon.
