technically yes since your countertop is two feet in depth.

but remember, you need to ask about other things like - transportation to site, installation, profile edging, back splash, holes for hob and sink. Normally those that uses "psf" may not have these included and you got to add the cost for transport, profile edging, installation, etc. Those that uses "pfr" may have some of these included in the price (cutting holes always calculated separately) You need to take all these into account then only can compare prices.

Passed by Verra Kitchen today at their Homedec booth. Dare not go in cause no customer, only see their sales people. Plus their show sample wasn't like all ceramic like our forumer set above.

my purpose kitchen cabinet need to pay RM50 only. the rest will be pay when project completed. the contractor said its hassle to take stagger amount and just want it lumpsum. Also lazy to open bill every time we pay.
My point is, there're no real guideline on standard procedure. Some 50% order, 50% completed. Some 30%, 30% 30%, 5% and 5%. Just choose a vendor that comfortable to you.

- 3G Material :
Base Concrete Cabinet Rm160/ft , Base Cabinet Rm210/ft
Wall Cabinet Rm170.
- 4G Material :
Base Concrete Cabinet Rm210/ft , Base Cabinet Rm260/ftWall Cabinet Rm220.
- Wardrobe Full hight Sliding Door &
Insight Full hight Carcase Rm350/ft

Too many PM i already lost track, so I will reveal it here

cabinet is around 12k (included blum stuff)

5.5k is for the ceramic table top alone

sink tap is around 2k

hood hob is around 5k

Everything around 25k

But bear in mind this is the pricing I deposit almost 2 years ago, the current pricing will be higher
