But if developer paying the loan legal fees for you, you have to use the appointed, otherwise need to settle the fees by yourself...

Yes, that's we understand well versed, and new income stream for their subsidiary insurance company is one of the main aims.

But there is a forummer said MRTA is not a condition that the bank used to adjust the offer rate, this is something out of norm I presume... hmm.gif hmm.gif

This "practice" also only applied to certain bank only. Some banks too LCLY and don't give a damx care whether you take MRTA or not, same rate prevail. sweat.gif sweat.gif
