oh the z3 DOES hv quick charge function is just that sony doesnt bundle in the required charger to use it @@ smart...

meanwhile note 4 boasts it has quick charge function because samsung bundled in the required charger...

Snapdragon 801 does hv quick charge function.... so wasted opportunity for sony to advertise it , long battery life but hv quick charge too.....

I think to have the quick charge function is just to replace the charger with a 2.1 v charger and you will have the function.

is there quick button to put phone in silence mode. let say i go for meeting. i do not want the ringtone to activate except vibrator.

The cable makes the most difference. Try charging with a better up market cable. Samsung Ori cable sucks in quality. I used to charged my previous OPO using Samsung 2.1A charger from S5 but with cable from Capdase.

Managed to get replacement set 1 to 1 exchange from Seng Heng store after send in my defective set (dead pixels) after noticed barely within 24 hrs purchased from them. Quite happy now. Thanks for advise guys especially Raymondtong94

Not sure if this has been posted or not but since i saw some people complaining about the pop up when start camera saying that recording in progress. The problem is with google now. To solve it do the following :

Go to Google now > Setting > Voice > Ok Google Detection

Uncheck "From any screen"

Done.

um i had the camera problem even when i didnt enable ok google detection at all.... damn firmware bugs...

Now my z3 naked. Looking for casing and tempered glass sp. Any recommended by brand?

Naked phone is the best o.. I often take out the case once I'm home. But still snap one once I'm out to prevent any drop accident

Currently I'm using Nillkin Tempered Glass SP which includes front and back (normal Sp). Many sellers selling it. With postage around 40+

As for casing.. Many other well known brands are still manufacturing it (or not?). Currently I have the frosted Nillkin casing as well but with top and bottom open. Just ordered one cruzerlite case which covers all corners.

Krusell and CaseMate cases are great. if you want something better, go for Simplism (which needs import).

Why not Ringke ?
