Great dynamic range

The photo quality is basically the best I've had on a phone, and a very big jump for me from Z1. I'm a very happy camper since imaging quality is my number 1 criteria

Whole day medium-high usage, surf, calls, whatsapp, Walkman, camera still 66% left.

Nope, most are just default settings for manual mode & superior auto

Nway, got this Mymosh case, quite nice but adds a little bit of bulk to the phone but good for grip and textured tastefuly.

Yes, that's still a problem. I guess that's the downside of not having ventilation to waterproof the device. But then again you can't cool other devices that overheat in just 30 secs using water

@eetony Whatever that gives you peace of mind is worth it

Frankly, I just need for it to be ori coz I have an annual phone change cycle. Two technology years to change the phone is like ten human years, I can never wait that long

Calling it a day. Still have 13% after 2 full days on a single charge with normal use, 6 hrs of screen time. Definitely works as advertised!

Coming up. Have to finish the battery first to conclude finding. At 8% currently. To those who asked about stamina mode, yes, that was the only setting I was on when I reported at 13% battery. Now using ultra stamina because I need to get to the office first to charge and I don't want the battery to die while I listen to my favourite songs to work

Probably this one is RM1919 after off credit card points and sony style points. That's the perks of buying from Sony Style, you can get discount from other sources

Even if they manage to port it I don't think it would be as seamless & problem free as the official device though. That money on Z3 is worth the piece of mind

Some stats for the soul. Worth to note I shot some 50+ photos on it, as well as the occasional whatsapp, instagram, facebook and web surfing via both data and wifi where available, 13 phone calls, 3 hours 40 mins of Walkman played on wireless connection with my MW1 bluetooth handsfree, 6 hours 10 mins of screen time with screen brightness set to auto, all within 50 hours 42 mins ~ just over 2 days. This is probably an ISO achieved via superior auto when conditions permit, so not up to us to tinker to that value. Would be nice if they gave us full control though

As you can see at the battery icon, I'm using Stamina mode which is pretty much the only setting.


It's pointless to brag about a feature so subjective & unquantifiable to the naked eyes. The fact is, competition is fierce and these manufacturers need to come up with their own iteration of screen enhancement technology. At the end of the day it boils down to what you prefer. But if you're just trolling, wth man?

You most likely have data synced in the background. You have to disable google backup. That thing is a battery & data hog. I had that problem before whereby my data limit was reached eventhough I didn't use it much at all. See if that helps.

Not autosync, just google backup. Your phone should run normally with email etc functioning as intended. This google backup just backs up everything including photos etc which uses a lot of juice & data. It's a google issue, not android per se.
