I made it myself from machining. It's a long stick type. I made it to clear my high tigh support on my recaro as with my short ralliart gear knob when shifting it kacau with the side support so making shifting difficult when I use the bucket seat. On normal days I'm using stock seat so I change swap back to the ralliart. The long stick shift also reduce the distance between steering so better shifting and also can shift more easily with less effort. I'm not using short shift.

Can machine one for me bo? sad.gif

First gear the throw quite long, wana get a longer gear knob to ease my stretched hands. dry.gif

Yup clockwise...I found that when a track direction is reverse. Things become very different. A familiar track will become new.

The way this track was designed, if counter clockwise, the entry is wide, but exits are tight. Must take apex late to save time from late braking.

However, the vid I saw just now, the entry became tight rclxub.gif Must enter corner with low speed ady no choice. Problem is, if car not enough powah, how to gain speed after hitting the apex rclxub.gif

Short shift got its advantages lesser throw. If your bucket seat side support is not high then it's ok. If its like my seat the side support is high until the end of the seat (cover 3/4 of my tigh) then you have problem with a short gear stick. Some short shift kit in Market after install makes shifting more harder coz the pivot point of the shifting rod already changed so for me if I use short shift I will make a longer gear stick to compensate back so I can shift easily with less effort.
*
bro that's EXACTLY what i did also thumbup.gif
I'm basically on a short shifter with a shift stick extender as well, and a really tall/big gear knob. people say looks like ikea bulb sad.gif

well i'll need to open up the shifter compartment again someday ( hmm.gif maybe later, or tomorrow? on holiday anyways) as intermittently there's some "click" sound when i shift. suspect it's the tensioner/spring thingy that's loose or something and having a click sound.
looks something like the second shifter from the left, on it's right side (metal wire/spring like thingy)

maybe just need to apply more grease somewhere (that would be the easiest solution lol)

I don't think I have a fault, it's just me finding the alarm to be a real nuisance. I don't like locking the car at home, we don't have any crime here, and if we did then a window may be broken, but doing something to the car usually annoys it enough flash lights and clam up, bugger.

Anyway I did notice last night that a rear door switch was intermittent.

Simply straightening the metal that holds the spring seems to have cured it, but really that has no connection with my issue, mine is just learning what I can do without triggering the alarm.
