And maybe spend on universal plate where you can easily remove switch top housing without desoldering/soldering, incase if you ever plan of modifying the switch again. QUOTE(hmwgbworld @ Sep 20 2014, 11:59 AM) If just lubing the costar stabs no need desolder, only remove keycaps for that particular keys will do. If need lubing for switches, desolder is needed. QUOTE(yuktsi14 @ Sep 20 2014, 12:25 PM) thx for everyone's suggestion, I think I'll solder it since I'm a MAN Btw can I use cheap solder tools without temperature control?

Masta please help CM Storm Quickfire Rapid is better since it is still using Cherry MX switch. While Razer new 2014 edition boards are using kailh switch that is significant manufactured at low cost yet still sell at high price tag QUOTE(tetrapod @ Sep 20 2014, 10:31 PM) » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... «

CM better in pricing, cheaper, and worth (Less than RM400). Previous QFR also reputable for the quality too. Ducky series famous for their quality. The quality are considered top in LED mechanical keyboard. Ducky Shine 3 has more LED features. Just that the price relative high compared to other LED featured mechanical keyboard.

I just got a mechanical keyboard and love it! Just wondering where can I get keycaps locally? Prefer keycaps with doubleshot print. Style doesnt matter really tho I like the DSA family. Don't want to keep on spending for keycaps D:
