Hi LYG,
I made my booking on 8th Nov, but as of now I didn't receive any calls/updates from your admin team. I have approached some panel banks to proceed, but due to lack of clarity I'm not sure on how to sync up with LYG and Bank. Do advise me on how to proceed from hereon. |

Does any panel bank offers BLR-2.45% OR 2.5%?

yeah, most of bank that I surveyed, giving around that range only but there are some even less than BLT-1.5%. Have you signed S&P? |

Yes, typically around the rate of BLR-2.4%, RHB does give me this rate. CIMB, not sure lo...anyone know how fast do they process S&P?

That's quite fast, once bank notified the developer, then they will make arrangement with lawyer right?  You bought unit in Acacia Park 1 as well? |
