Hi - ummunawfal, as we have explained before, we have big plans for BTP, and we intend to transform BTP into a premier township complete with full facilities. It will take some time to put all the plans into reality, but we are progressing and in due time you will be able to see some of the improvements.

Other than the PETRONAS service station, we have confirmed 2 other service stations, Shell and Caltex and the operators told us that they are negotiating with some fast food franchise to join in. You can also see that our commercial centre, Medan Puteri, we have started work to increase the shopping/office blocks and these are modern design commercial buildings. We are also talking to some commercial banks to locate in BTP.

The large plot of land beside the Mosque where earthworks are being carried out are targeted for commercial buildings, including a supermarket, show rooms etc. We have also earmarked a piece of land for a University to be located at the commercial area. For your information we have already signed an agreement for an international school,
and they expressed their confidence at what BTP has to offer. As with any growing township the PDRM (Police) have also obtained approval to build a brand new Police station.

The above are only some of the plans we can reveal at this point of time. We will keep everyone informed of any new developments.

The lawyer will send to you after the developer sign and get it stamped. No need worry as it's only 2 weeks, and these 2 weeks are festive week, many people actually on leave and not working.

Thank you LYG for your sincere answers and respond in this forum. We, the first-home-buyers will always hope for the best from what LYG can deliver to us. The defects mentioned by the other forum members should be handled thoroughly and ASAP as they need to renovate their house (which consume a little time) and move into it for the planned family activities. We, the buyers from the other project/phase developed by LYG wish that LYG able to reduce the defects as low as possible and possibly to be nil defect. As some other forum members might have spread the negative comments around based on the complaints filed or shared, we really hope the next project/phase can receive the positive feedback within this forum. In my opinion, I have witnessed buyers from Garden Height Phase 2 who moved into their house claimed that they are confident with the products delivered from LYG. So, my faith is always with LYG and not to forget LYG is among the oldest and most respectful developer in Malaysia (as how my father recalls The Federal KL Hotel which is built by LYG years back has been used for national/official events those time by our First Prime Minister even until today). Perhaps LYG can also keep us up-to-date with the progress of construction sites (pictures and descriptions) at Garden Height Phase 3-5, Medan Puteri 2 and Acacia Park; and also the actions taken to repair the defects mentioned by the forum members as to bring back the faith of those who doubt/inquire about it. Hi Yuin Chuan See, our response to the above are as follows:

1. PETRONAS has already obtained their CCC for the building, we have checked with them and we were told it will be opened for business next month as they are awaiting for their licenses and permit. Should not be long we believe.

2. As for the rubbish collection, as explained earlier, we have already commenced collection. Let the residents speak for themselves.

3. Rectification of defects are on going and again let the buyers voice their opinion.

4. Seiring Semi-detach units will be launched this 24th and 25th January, that is next weekend. All of you are most welcome. Light refreshments will be served. We have also planned some events for the month of February to coincide with the Chinese New year. Please watch out for our announcement including the advertisement in the newspapers.

Thanks for the infor. I have made a visit there (proposed latar interconnection to BTP) last week and I found that there is none, works or machinery there, as opposed to few months back where at least land clearing works were undertaken.

I am really hoping that it is not a marketing tactics by LYG.  I mean that the works were carried out merely to impress buyers of Acacia, GH5 etc which were launched during that time.

This concern also has been voiced out by our friend here (could not remember who) who travels everyday using Latar n reported that it has been quite some time since the works has been suspended and machinery were mobilized out from the site.

This KL Kepong suing thing (even you say that the LLM buy under National Land Code) is a big thing and you should not hide real facts to the public just to continue impressing us with the promises of Latar interconnection by mid-next year when there is land problem there and you know it?

And telling us the turnkey contractor assuring u that this matter will be 'resolved soon' is another PR gone bad. We know you are busy handling other office/site/marketing matters but please give us more clarity in terms of timeline and what really is the problem so we could make better judgement. Please take us as another simple Malaysian folk, trying to decide which square concrete box should we stay in for the next 40 years. Please understand forking out 2000-3000 per month for housing installment could be trouble for some. Further if the poor fella is paying that with regret and hatred in his heart over misinformed decision making. Please show us some empathy and share accordingly.

This all is virtual, and solely on your reply I could only hold on to. That is a risk to me as well.

Dear FirstHome, I was informed by the lawyer-in-charge that the stamped agreements were collected recently. The lawyer-in-charge will drop-by and pass to me the photocopy by next week.

Upgrading & maintenance of roads within their own project is LYG responsibility until handed over to local council I guess. Without the LATAR interchange, many of us wouldn't have bought into this project.

Hi treblecase and to all who have posted on this subject,
As we have clarified numerous times on this matter, let us repeat once again that the Latar interchange will definitely be constructed and it is not a sales gimmick as some claimed. LYG have not only invested substantially but will be courting trouble if the interchange does not materialize as we have publicly announced the interchange will be constructed. We have said before that the relevant parties are resolving the land matter, and hopefully it will be resolved soon in the next few months. An announcement will be made once this is resolved.

Dear FirstHome, I already obtained my copy for S&P today.

Just to confirm that the BTP Petronas Station finally commence their operation on 6 February 2015.

From my observation, the station comes with 5 fuel tanks with 20 nozzles, Kedai Mesra & ATM. According to the staff, for now they try to operate on 24/7.
To LYG, perhaps you can response to my following queries:

1. Your response on the Dewan is referred, can you provide the target dateline for MPS to build the Dewan. It will be more meaningful rather than share the MPS intend.

2. How about BTP second secondary school? I had raised this before on 31 January 2015 but yet to get your response.
