Hi Firsthome, we have mentioned before that 2 more petrol stations will be opened, which is Caltex and Shell. Caltex by next year and Shell later. These are confirmed sites and not hearsay. Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) will also be opened together with Caltex (drive though concept). Our leasing team is also talking to other operators, which will be revealed once it is confirmed.

Hi Chuan See, go ahead and post the photos, at least your photos sharing is not biased. Work at Acacia is going at a fast pace. The hill (high ground) has been cut to bring down the steep slope, and the relocation of the TNB cables. Besides having a better view, it is much safer for the neighborhood.

Hi firsthome, rest be assured our cutting of the hill is to relocate the TNB posts which are too near our boundary, and also to create a gentle gradient to the slope, to avoid soil erosion. This area will not flood as it is located on high ground.
