Any Acacia Phase 1 buyer here that have already receive letter from lawyer telling to sign S&P?
*
I received a letter from lawyer stating they will release the booking fee to the developer and asking me to pay the 10% minus booking fee to developer by 16 Dec 2014. So far nothing informing me on S&P signing.

How bout others?

Seem like the Acacia Park is more popular than Garden Heights, many forumers here are Acacia Park buyer...hope Garden Heights will not be neglected as well.
*
Agree, LYG needs to improve on the BTP township as a whole.

Hi Vphor, Garden Heights is an integral part of the new phases of development, such as Acacia Park and Seiring East and West. These comprises the contemporary designed, landscaped parks and open areas. Seiring East and West which is adjacent to Garden Heights comprises of Semi detach and Link SDs, which are the high end units selling close to $1m and above, and upon completion it will definitely enhanced the value of both Garden Heights and Acacia.
*
Is the take up good for Seiring East and West?

Have you contacted the lawyer? Who did you talked to?
*
Dino I called the lawyer's office yesterday, spoke to Chris. She asked me for the unit number and will contact me back once the SPA and loan agreement are both ready.

I have contacted the lawyer assistant of the respected law firm in-charged of my property purchase for Acacia Park Phase 1 last Monday. Apparently, my loan application is approved and received by the law firm. However, I was surprised to be told that the S&P cannot be processed as the law firm was still waiting patiently for my house unit booking slip from the developer (luckily I made the call lor). So, I immediately e-mail to the P.I.C. my booking slip. Today, I was informed that my S&P is ready and they are arranging a time for me to sign the S&P.
*
I also got the call from the lawyer office today, will go to sign the 2 agreements during the Xmas week. Right after signing will head to Sales Office in Rawang to pay via credit card the remaining 10%. It has been a long wait, now really look forward to the day of getting the keys.

Do they accept credit card?
*
Yes Low Yat accepts credit card, but need to pay at Sales Gallery at BTP. The lawyer's office only accepts cheques in the name of the developer. I opt to pay by card for the points.

Hi - To answer your concern, allow us to brief you. Acacia Park consist of 4 phases, we have already started with phase 1 & 2. Phase 3 & 4 will be launched next year. With the good take up rate we would expect Acacia to be fully sold by next year.  Acacia park and the semi-d/link cluster are not linked together, meaning they have their own perimeter fencing and entrance statement.

For each phase of development, where the area permits especially at the perimeter of each phase where the boundary is located, fencing can be erected. However as mentioned Acacia park can only be fenced entirely upon its full completion with a common entrance/exit.

Gosh! Hope Phase 1 when VP do not have consistent break-ins by foreign construction workers of Phase 4. sad.gif

Hi FirstHome,

That's quite fast, once bank notified the developer, then they will make arrangement with lawyer right?  rclxms.gif

You bought unit in Acacia Park 1 as well?
*
Lawyer will contact you once the SPA and Loan Agreement are ready. On the safe side, once you sign bank offer, call the developer to notify. Yep mine is Acacia Phase 1.

Admin , Please explain and clarify above mention "cesc quote" ASAP.
Too bad for the 300k++ house price and the quality of the house is like tuuuuuuutttt vmad.gif  vmad.gif  vmad.gif
Developer should check first all the major defect before hand over the key to owner.

My unit , all rooms including living hall leaking , paint job not so smooth , clogged sink and 3 bathroom , water pressure slow and rusty gate.
Now waiting contractor to repair the defect. Every day need to follow up .  mad.gif

Hope this not gonna happen again on the other Phase.

This is sounds uncomfortable to us whom just bought. LYG Admin please response.

I didn't snap the photos as I visit the sales gallery this morning. However, I can roughly recall that GH Phase 5 is sold out for 60+% (I guess ah) while Acacia Park Phase 2B is around 10+ units...

Thanks Bro!

Dear existing residents of BTP,

Is BTP prone to flood, the roads and your houses?

Seems like GH5 sales not moving at all for some time. I was at Sales Gallery this morning, Acacia Phase 2 registration is good, even with rebate dropping to 7% and price increased.
