I bought a unit in Garden Heights Phase 4 for own stay, I don't want my children to live in concrete jungle.I want more space for them, My kids love the design and surrounding natural environment.

QUOTE(Yuin Chuan See @ Oct 28 2014, 11:47 AM) I bought Acacia Park Phase 1 mainly because of the LYG design (big and comfortable) and the peaceful surrounding in BTP. Besides, it is near to the place currently I stay in KL which is around 30 - 40 minutes (if you drive steadily la). The most important factor is the price!!! 400k for a house on 18' X 80' land is cheap and affordable. Booked acacia too |

QUOTE(ibbrio @ Oct 28 2014, 05:57 PM) yup; that is right speculators are more prevalent in the citybecause of speculators housing prices are no longer affordable but you don't have to worry speculators are more prevalent in the city less here. so i expect buyers stay in BTP and would love to see what type of community lives there there will be time when the market pricing will be corrected. less here. so i expect buyers stay in BTP and would love to see what type of community lives there there will be time when the market pricing will be corrected. --> what do you mean by this statement? elaborate more with facts please. |

QUOTE(ibbrio @ Oct 28 2014, 01:44 PM) not that spacious right? I booked a Phase 1 unit for own stay and agree with you, the toilets are small and layout is difficult to even add a shower screen. Also the wall tiles not layout to the ceiling. Hope LYG admin can help me voice up to developer to consider doing all the bathroom wall tiles from floor to ceiling.the toilet is small right? there is no family hall right on 1st floor? i remember someone saying here the secondary market house there no value so a 400K may be expensive to them and will appreciate very slowly Other than this, I love the house, at this price for gated, guarded and cctv. BTW, LYG admin how the cctv works? |

QUOTE(Low Yat Group @ Oct 23 2014, 09:57 AM) Hi MyRiz - This is the million dollar question and we are constantly bringing this issue up during our dialogues with MPS. We will make an announcement once we get a definite date from them. Currently road widening and upgrading of the drainage system along Jalan Batu Arang but only upgrade until Saujana Rawang south entrance, why they dont just upgrade it to dual carriageway all the way to Jalan Tasik Puteri? Have you guys bringing up this issue to MPS?However, upon completion of the BTP Interchange in 2016, residents will not need to access the township via Jalan Batu Arang anymore. |

Hi FirstHome - Our architects felt that to tile up the wall up to ceiling-height is actually just putting additional cost to the home buyers. It has been our vision to deliver value-for-money houses to our buyers and to not load unnecessary cost to our buyers. However, we note your comment and we will aim to improve further.Other than this, I love the house, at this price for gated, guarded and cctv. BTW, LYG admin how the cctv works? The Street CCTV will be linked to the guard house for easy monitoring of the common areas. |

QUOTE(dino_rongak @ Oct 28 2014, 08:25 PM) For Acacia Park, there is no family area. But I personally think that you don't need that space anyway. I would prefer to have family time with the rest of the family downstairs, at the living room. I have seen a lot of families that use that space to put a lot of things, so it's like a store. Hi dino_rongak - Thank you for your feedback.Instead of family area, after you reach upstairs you will have the toilet. Another reason why I think this design is good is because it is easy for guest to use it as well (in case if the toilet downstairs is occupied). When you buy a house, think of practicality. You can buy a house with all the stuff you can imagine, but are you going to use it or not? Just my 2 cent.. We have given a lot of thoughts to the design of Acacia Park (and Garden Heights). We felt that many buyers of a property of this size will appreciate larger bedrooms compared to having a family area which is left redundant most of the time. Same goes for the common bathroom that is located outside rather than between Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3. This provides both bedroom with a more regular shape and is much appreciated by owners when it comes to furnishing and fitting. |

QUOTE(MARVIN333 @ Oct 29 2014, 02:54 PM) Hi MARVIN333 - Rather than creating multiple threads for different phases, perhaps all of you may consider using this thread as a platform for owners as well and to also share any comments or grievances (hopefully none). At least we can monitor this thread and provide all the owners (and others) with timely and accurate comments. However, if there is a thread started for different developments' owners, do post the link here so that we can participate in it as well. |
