How many people here have actually book a unit in BTP? Acacia or Garden Height?

I bought Acacia Park Phase 1 mainly because of the LYG design (big and comfortable) and the peaceful surrounding in BTP. Besides, it is near to the place currently I stay in KL which is around 30 - 40 minutes (if you drive steadily la). The most important factor is the price!!! 400k for a house on 18' X 80' land is cheap and affordable.

Booked acacia too mainly is for own stay..1st home,almost same reason..mainly is the price..a newly 18x80 landed 2storey with some security features..quite hard to find in kl area..and think here they show the master plan..at least wont suddenly pop up a high rise condo just next to your landed house like most kl area nowdays..hope mostly is buy own stay

yup; that is right
because of speculators housing prices are no longer affordable
but you don't have to worry
speculators are more prevalent in the city
less here.

so i expect buyers stay in BTP and would love to see what type of community lives there
there will be time when the market pricing will be corrected.

i think someone should create FB group like other house community

There is already a FB group for Garden Heights owners.

not that spacious right?
the toilet is small right?
there is no family hall right on 1st floor?

i remember someone saying here the secondary market house there no value
so a 400K may be expensive to them and will appreciate very slowly

could Low Yat Group sell me the unit with fully furnished?
how much to add to bare unit?
same as show unit design?
like i buy unit + i buy the show unit cost and low yat to ask your contractor to do the same for me?

Hi MyRiz - This is the million dollar question and we are constantly bringing this issue up during our dialogues with MPS. We will make an announcement once we get a definite date from them.

However, upon completion of the BTP Interchange in 2016, residents will not need to access the township via Jalan Batu Arang anymore.

Do you have any info on when is the new interchange to this area from PLUS Hway via Sungai Serai is going to complete?

Dear LYG... I am awaiting your reply since two days ago...

Currently road widening and upgrading of the drainage system along Jalan Batu Arang but only upgrade until Saujana Rawang south entrance, why they dont just upgrade it to dual carriageway all the way to Jalan Tasik Puteri? Have you guys bringing up this issue to MPS?

I booked a Phase 1 unit for own stay and agree with you, the toilets are small and layout is difficult to even add a shower screen. Also the wall tiles not layout to the ceiling. Hope LYG admin can help me voice up to developer to consider doing all the bathroom wall tiles from floor to ceiling.

Other than this, I love the house, at this price for gated, guarded and cctv. BTW, LYG admin how the cctv works?

For Acacia Park, there is no family area. But I personally think that you don't need that space anyway. I would prefer to have family time with the rest of the family downstairs, at the living room. I have seen a lot of families that use that space to put a lot of things, so  it's like a store.

Instead of family area, after you reach upstairs you will have the toilet. Another reason why I think this design is good is because it is easy for guest to use it as well (in case if the toilet downstairs is occupied).

When you buy a house, think of practicality. You can buy a house with all the stuff you can imagine, but are you going to use it or not?  Just my 2 cent..
