after few months getting aeon new gold cc, the cc points till now not yet transfer to my aeon member account...

already called and email to their CC CS, their reply is that due to some technical glitch, and in the process of solving it, but that was last month... sigh.. tomorrow have to call them up and ask them what is wrong with their system...

So now M2U can pay the outstanding amount using IBG for just 10 cent instead of the usual RM1 bill payment?

yes, 5%+5%.

I encounter some problem at the petrol kiosk. My watami card was denied on the kiosk itself.
So i went into the counter to do manual swipe.

Do you think it considered as petrol transaction?
I know for wise card it is not considered as petrol transaction.

U better call up their CS to check...

After 25 days, AEON agent only called me saying my card is still under processing and need another 2 more weeks. Dafuq???!!!

They called u? How come they just called you to tell need another 2 weeks? Did they ask more info , or verify you apply cc or ask for more doc? Do u ask them how long time to wait to apply a credit card and why need that long time?

She called me first time I was busy. So I called back the number and ask how is my application, she mentioned still processing even when they submitted to HQ on the 10th Dec.

Then I continue ask whether any additional info is needed as they only printed my EPF slip but she said don't need and just ask me to wait another 2 weeks

That's what they normally say. After five working days i called CS and they said haven;t register into system which means the branch haven't send my application form.
I told them you promised me within 14 working days so i expect them to give me a reply by 14th day the latest.
In the end i got the approval after two more working days since i called the branch that i applied and they sent it immediately.


Therefore i advice you to follow up closely and threaten them to cancel it.

No need to threaten them. Just talk with them with fact that 14 working days
