Anti-Gravity BxxBs indeed. Remember at one time Marvel produced Marvel Swimsuit Special with Silvestri's cover art of Storm? That was nice. Since we are on the topic, I think the best guys in this industries when it comes to drawing hot babes are Adam Hughes & Frank Cho!!

Here's a pix of the said Swimsuit Special.

You must have gone to comics shop so often to buy those Wildstorm Gallery cards. I didnt buy so many so cant complain why no babes cards for me. Got extra? brows.gif

The X-Men cards, I like the Sinister with Goblin Queen.

Now I really feel like looking up for those old trading cards stored in the storeroom.

I remember the 1st comic swimsuit magazine I got was Image swimsuit no. 1 (cover featuring Voodoo in skimpy bikini with centrefold being Farenheit in sexy fishnet suit drool.gif ), then Image swimsuit no.2, then Wildstorm Swimsuit. I know there is marvel swimsuit but dun remember which came out first. Top Cow also had a lingerie magazine too. drool.gif

And back to JIM LEE trading cards, at one time Marvel offer four issues of comic sized magazine featuring all the artwork of that series.

I like Adam Hughes too, whatever babes he draws are BIG....nak gonna milky explode onto the readers face. Others i like would be Jim Balent..yummy Catwoman. thumbup.gif

I know the name of all the artists:
Top: L2R Archangel - Boris Vallejo, Mr Sinister/Goblin Queen - Greg & Tim Hildebrandt, Cyclops - Marc Sasso, Dazzler - Boris Vallejo, Domino - Julie Bell (wife of Boris Vallejo), Jean Grey - Julie Bell, Magneto - Marc Sasso & Mystique - Julie Bell

Nice tripych! Is the card bigger than the normal trading cards? Looks slightly bigger - Better view eh?

Yeah Marvel did produced Jim Lee's X-Men Trading Card unto a regular sized comic books & yes it's a 4 issue book. I have them. Liked it so much then. Now it's there somewhere in my boxes of comics.

Adam Huges... Ahhh... what can u say about this guy. He started to draw better looking @ hot babes when he found his new art style. In the 80s, we was not very famous.

Ahhh... The HUNT. Always loved the hunting part. It gives the thrill of searching & the sense of accomplishment once you've managed to latch your hands on the missing comics or card. Those were the days... But alas... that days has passed. Now, all u need to do is, hunt thru the net. Find whatever comics/cards that you want & press the right button & just wait for Mr Postman to deliver them to your house.

BTW, do any of you guys out there have these cards? I'm missing Superman & Wonder Woman to complete the set. It's from 1996 Skybox Kingdom Come.

Yup... All cards, produced in 1996, are reproductions from the Now-Classic Kingdom Come series. The many levels of inserts are very nice. In fact I managed to get the Official Alex Ross Autograph insert. The 6-card special set mentioned earlier are all never-seen new art work.

I was mesmerised by Alex Ross after Marvels 4 issue ltd series in 1994. Even bought the hardcover version of it. Then came Kingdom Come in 1996, again I was starstruck. Bought the whole series plus the Slip Case Edition which contains his signature plus the Skybox Trading card sets. Then started buying almost everything done by the Man. Remember the lenticular cover Superman Forever #1 & Batman: No Man's Land? Not only I bought multiple issues of the books, I even bought the signed edition reproduction of the many pics that made the lenticular of both Supes & Batsy. My wall is decorated with Alex Ross's stuffs. That's me & Alex Ross...... AND Yes it would've been great if someone would make the effort of producing cards based on those series u've mentioned earlier.

I have some of the Witchblade done by Turner. 1-2 issues on Fathom. DC's The Flash and Identity Crisis & Marvel's Wolverine: Origins. He has his own unique style of drawing characters but of course his dynamics when it comes to be drawing babes!!

Joe Chiodo... What is there NOT to say about him. He seldom draws for comics but did plenty on covers & trading cards. He sets the benchmark for a lot of other artist to follow. I think Turner may have followed his footsteps. I have most of his works on Marvel especially on Conan - One of my most favourite comic character.

Poison with some picture now. I've ordered thru ebay for this set becos I used to have some of the cards but I just couldn't find it. It's there somewhere, buried under something in my store room. Paid for it on the Feb 10th & was dispatch from States Feb 15. Still waiting for it.
