If this really is true, why don't you post the name of the contractor? After all, this thread is a compilation of both good and bad contractors

Anyone can recommend reliable contractors for new condo reno at PJ area? Surveying for quote, planning to do common area only, kitchen cabinetry and living room tv console, shoe cabinet if fit budget.

This is how proper RC slab roof done with water proofing. 10 years since this was done and is 100% no leaks or any problem.

Used this company for renovation of my house and it was a pleasant experience through out the entire process. Too bad they only offer their service to Klang Valley clients else I would have use them for my other home at Perak.

Hi Everyone, I would like to share my contracting service which I offer within Klang valley area.

These prices ok? Workmanship so far so good and very fast.

Its hard to judge by just looking at the price point...

I normally hire wetwork contractor who really really knows their stuff, meaning they do get their hands dirty like laying bricks and etc...Some just perform lip service only...more like a project manager...

I also looked at how the contractor organize things at the construction site...some just dumped things here and there...some will organize it in a neat and tidy manner....

I also checked out the raw material they used ....for ie red brick vs cement brick....water pipe, waterproofing material, plaster ceiling and etc...From there u will know whether is the fellow cutting corners or not...

Looking for painter....any good recommendation ? I am not looking for a general purpose contractor here....

i want to report this rotten contractor, took deposit, did 3 day of work, then never did anything anymore but kept on lying saying he bought all the materials and will start work.

just went MIA now.

kena scolding from contractor because asking for receipt then he said need my ic number etc.. please advice?
