This contractor is a complete disappointment. Promised to complete my roof repair in 2 weeks but took 2/3 extra weeks longer stating that roof material weren’t ready. Not only that, when leaks started showing up, and despite countless calls, they never showed up to fix the issues promptly, have to wait for almost 2 weeks for him to just inspect and that does not include the duration to fix. Empty promises and excuses seem to be their standard operating procedure.

Even when he come and inspect the leak, he will start creating a BS story stating that it is not his responsibility and he has nothing to do with the issue. He will not offer a solution to fix but just merely mention how you can diy to fix. Not sure who is the so called roof expert here now?

Always making excuses saying material not ready and despite many calls, he always promises to arranging ppl to come continue work but end up not coming.

He hides the recommendation features in Facebook , fearing customer would write him a bad review. Even bought fake Facebook followers and likes to appear credible, but the followers are clearly non-local or using fake accounts. It’s ridiculous how far they’ll go to impersonate good reviews.

If you’re considering their services, save yourself the headache and look for a contractor with real reviews and accountability. This one is all show and no substance. Please AVOID unless you wish to get some drama with this potty mouth

Did a renovation on June 2022, paid 10% deposit and started work dismantling fast. Was promised all work will be done by oct or nov. Due to rushing house for my wedding on December.
Things was smooth as I wasn’t monitoring until late September seeing all the works has only reached 50% but money paid until 70%.

1) 9k was paid for plan drawing , submitting. ( haven’t received any drawings or approval till today. Claim architect run away not his fault)

2) 10k paid for autogate, pictures shows and was told fully aluminium. But gate arrived on late nov only to be found out it was steel frame , middle cheap aluminium panels. Now it’s rusting over everywhere frame , bearings , wall joint piece

3) during end of nov. supposed to hold the 10% only to be paid after work is finished. But workers gotten lesser whilst rushing job, asked the Indonesian worker what happen. Was being told contractor wasn’t paying them on time; which leads to me questioning the contractor giving excuse he doesn’t have enough money cause I stopped paying him. And he brought the “leader” of workers to confront me saying either i pay or all workers will stop (I need the house ready by dec) had no choice being hold ransom

4) things was only “almost” done right up till 2am the day of my wedding day. Had to clean the house myself till 6am.

5) 2 weeks later on, receiving calls from plumber , electrician, worker’s leader claiming I haven’t paid, where as I told him it’s all been paid to contractor. Heck even the plumber dared to threaten me if I don’t pay up.

6) dec rain season, roof leaking badly to the point backyard plaster ceiling fell off. Had to “lend” him 1500 to hire worker and buy materials to fix it. And no it wasn’t fixed by abit. Up end up have to spend another 500 to replace all roof tiles cause too many had cracked for no idea what sort of reason. Used 10+ bottle of silicon glue to close almost all gaps of the roof tile 80% of the roof being glued and painted with waterproofing(penten)

7) leaking still prevail and he doesn’t pick up calls anymore

I been always advise how to judge a good contractor, don’t take the lowest, any everything and every time also say “Can”. Or requested more down payment or more deposit upon confirmation.
All this really a con contractor who play and roll around your so call deposit and down payment.

You really trust someone on this board who mainly posts about one contractor and how good that contractor is?
You should call that contractor directly and find out yourself.
