Yeah. 2100 including paint for whole house is damn cheap already. My contractor quoted me 1200 for ground floor only, excluding paint. If I compare to 2100 for whole house, the price I get is pretty expensive. But I will go with him anyway since I saw the quality of painting in my sister’s house (who recommend me this contractor) is still like brand new after 8 years ++.

Btw, how many liters of paint do I need to paint ground level only for 22x75 house? Built up around 2300/2. Other than all side walls, internal walls are only divider between kitchen & living hall (9x15ft), 1 room & kitchen.

Chong is the ID? Do they work together or they are engaged as separate entites?

Because I’m a property argent, and I like to do all kind of research, so I know a lot of good and no good contractor, and all hard works worker really can perform.
Hope some one don’t mind I share here.

Im with yap is good friend, and I’m a property agent,
So I have to guide him sometimes.
All the works done is with ONE contractor only.And with others sub contractor are under mr yap and mr Chong control as a team. Thanks

Hi,
Can someone recommend me contractor/installer to supply and fix a small portion of cabinet?

One of my cabinet was damaged by termites. Already clean the debris but there're some damaged area eg the walls.
I've asked a few contractors and also the contractor that did renovation of my bathroom but he said he cannot do that. Also asked a few contractors in fb but none of them agreed. Maybe it's just a small job.
So anyone knows anybody that want to take this small job?

I've appointed him to do major reno (house extension + kitchen cabinets, wardrobe) last year. He provided a cheap reno quotation initially and promised you he can deliver whatever you design/requested to lure you in to sign it and put down deposits. After that, he started saying this cannot that cannot and charging/topup high price for what you want but at the end he gave different things which is low quality and made you fed up to change it after dragging so long. Also, finishing is very bad and unprofessional, never fix concrete roof water leaking, wrong door colors/pattern, uneven plaster ceiling, new tracks installed are scratched and dirty, wrong cabinets design and measurements, miscalculate floor tiles number to buy which coz different tiles color tone.... and many more!!)
