Its hard to judge by just looking at the price point...

I normally hire wetwork contractor who really really knows their stuff, meaning they do get their hands dirty like laying bricks and etc...Some just perform lip service only...more like a project manager...

I also looked at how the contractor organize things at the construction site...some just dumped things here and there...some will organize it in a neat and tidy manner....

I also checked out the raw material they used ....for ie red brick vs cement brick....water pipe, waterproofing material, plaster ceiling and etc...From there u will know whether is the fellow cutting corners or not...
