I don't remember mine having this problem. Yours might be a lemon piece where they forgot to put the covers on.

In another forum I saw someone else had this issue, and it turns out the tiny bag was taped to the inside of the box, he just couldn't see it.

Are you guys excited about the combiner wars?

I want to be... but we've been spoiled by the super premium 3rd party combiners.

These will be much cheaper but also much uglier.

Their Superion looks just a lil better than Menasor IMO.

same here bro. and i am pretty excited to see what will 3rd party companies bring to fill the gap by Hasbro's combiners. I got Boosticus and it literally changed FOC Bruticus, from zero to hero!

My only hope is Hasbro selling them in sets. and all limbs can transform into robots.

and they are rumors Devastator and The Protectorbots are coming too.

aside from that, i hope the congif will be at least 4 deluxes and one voyager for the body.

Not sure if Hasbro is selling in sets, but it seems quite clear that yes all the limbs will be transformable.

As for ugly or not, umm yeah it's subjective, but personally I'd rather pay 5x more for Fansproject Intimidator compared to having this anywhere on my shelf...

actually the only thing that i find not appealing are the fists/legs. if a third party can give us better ones, i think this is not bad actually lol

Honestly i wouldnt mind that.. not for display though, but as a toy.. it would be fun to have that on my work table that i can transform back and forth and combine

Plus we all know 3rd parties will just look at that and see $$$

The fact is though, there are some things that Hasbro can never do to make their stuff look as good as 3rd party.

Sharper details, better engineering for transformations, I mean hell, they can't even give Optimus Prime smokestacks anymore because apparently kids these days need 24 hrs supervision to make sure they don't stab their own eye out with OP smokestacks..

Costs, toy safety laws etc are things that limit what Hasbro can do imho.
