QUOTE(VDread @ Aug 27 2014, 02:36 AM) Haha. Megatron belum release pun sudah ada KO? Damn it. Saw these things in person back in Seremban 2 Mall. Looks a bit bigger than the original KidsLogic version (I may be wrong though on this), but priced at about RM80 each (didnt't ask if can get discount if buy whole set). Do release them from their plastic prison. The glowing eyes make it worth the while... I think the original KidsLogic TF01 set can still be found at RM280 / set. Will try to convince myself to tear them out of the plastic to take photos of the whole set tomorrow. Too cute to bawak keluar. ![]() |

QUOTE(VDread @ Aug 27 2014, 08:01 PM) Although I bought the TF KidsLogic, my wife holds a lien over them so I can't bring them out of the plastic bags unless I find a proper place to exhibit them Make sure the light up features are working. So the best I can do is take a photo of each within their plastic prison. Hope it helps. |

QUOTE(VDread @ Aug 28 2014, 11:46 AM) Hahaha! That's what I told my wife! But no go You can actually test the light up gimmick it while in the figure is still within the plastic packaging. Just pull out the small plastic piece blocking the batteries on the head slightly (not all the way out... pull it out just about the halfway point. You can feel a small click when the batteries connect) and test it. After you have done so just push/slip the plastic piece back in. try it BTW, anyone knows where to get ROTF Leader Class Jetfire at a non-scalper price? |

Strangely till date I have not seen any 3rd party taking on project in making the following TF :
1. Star Saber / Victory Leo 2. Leo Kaiser 3. Dai Atlas Maybe it's because they are not as well known outside Japan... This post has been edited by tanleeseng: Sep 2 2014, 09:39 AM |

QUOTE(tnsai @ Sep 10 2014, 07:14 AM) Can't help it since Hasbro is notorious for producing repaint TF figures. Nightbeat is actually quite good looking and the BB mold is quite suitable for his character (Heck... I think BB mold is suitable for any characters other than BB himself |

QUOTE(guarayakha @ Sep 24 2014, 10:35 PM) Not sure about anyone else but the more I look at him the more feel that he look extremely similar to a retool of a Gundam. These are some of the similarities I've noticed :1) Red/Blue/White/Yellow theme 2) Weaponry consisting of sword & shield 3) location of the Brain Master (pilot seat) 4) Vehicle mode resemblance to Core Fighter (Saber) / G-Fighter (Star Saber) What do you think ? |

QUOTE(jhcj @ Oct 13 2014, 06:32 PM) After 3+ hrs messing with Quantron, here's my short and sweet review: You forgot to mention on the nice pakaging and the bada** giant bow gun » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Sorry no pictures. Lazy. I dunno... Maketoy Quantron looks good and (and very stylish) but somehow I'm leaning more towards getting Warbotron's Not-Computron instead. Got a feel of the prototype recently and I must say I'm very looking forward to the final production release |
