their ares was ok to me, so i preordered, but then i decided that only needed one predaking, so i chose to stick to mmc.

Hehe up until I got Uranos, I was impressed with 3rd party honestly and I thought all 3rd pary is like MMC stuff.. then I bought URANOS.. I'v eplayed with my collection over th emonths I've started, every combiner /single bot 3rd party or official, I've transformed them multiple times and changed their pses for display.

Uranos is the only one whom I've only transformed twice, and i always only display him in one pose. The slightly knees bent , almost crouching pose.. Only stable pose I can get him in T_T.

I guess even 3rd party guys are having a hard time to maintain balance between the toy complexity and cost. A good looking Hotspot with a good Defensor body may still be possible , but it might involve hundreds of hinges / components / moving parts and blew the production cost out of the water.
