10 minutes - need to press hard hard on the pedal of my car

15 minutes - rilek, rilek dah sampai...

I presume this time is easily achievable for any period as this part of silk highway is still underused...

Bear bear, please tell us which project is super good for flipping??

Just wondering if granite quarry area is suitable for house development..

Is this the project will build a road connecting to the Silk highway that is fronting the twin palm?

So based on BBW perception, we will be able to purchase DSL for 300k, Cluster for 450k and SemiD 700k after EM VP loh...

Perhaps we need to wait for more than 6 years... Since the Setia Alam 18 x 65 DSL selling at 295k in the year 2008 still not drop back to 150k yet... still need to wait lah.. will come very soon...

1.) Talk to the SA and they will show you the illustrative pictures in the ipad.

2.) From Semenyih actually can reach many places in 30 - 40 minutes during off peak period, not as remote as somebody that think of.

3.) BBW is our DDD sifu.

4.) From Semenyih to bukit bintang normally takes about 40 minutes during off peak period..
