He is pretty certain that Goodview buyers doesn't need to go to klcc. Cos when he sells Goodview to potential buyers, he filters the buyers first making sure he gets a "No" in the following questions:

1) Do you know what is KLCC?
2) Your wife have a lelaki simpanan in KLCC?
3) You work in KLCC?
4) Your kid spends your credit card only in KLCC?
5) Your mistress knows what is KLCC?
6) Have you seen king kong climbing KLCC?

...if he gets all the answer as "No"..he'll sell to the buyer.

Oh well..there are many places ppl work la, Kajang, Cyberjaya, Putrajaya, KLIA.. for example. Not everyone need to go to KL. I stay in PJ and wouldn't need to go to KL unless for wedding dinner.
