TS, are you talking about the new Launch, 3-storey Super Link Link House, selling for RM980K++. 3,000 sq feet built up.

If u need the space, its quite a good deal, with 2-tier security.

But quite deep in Sg Long.

cfa28 corerct correct. deep? but i feel that is not that deep at least is a straight road from the access road those who stays near the commercial place like sl1 and sl2 tend to be more hectic to enter their own housing area

Good View don't have good website so you guys have to go to Sg Long to check it out yourself.

Their 3-storey link house, from outside looks like only 2-storey cos the 3rd floor is at the so-called Lower Ground Floor.

Build-up is huge, u can rent the lower ground to a small family.

SHL, the developer is famous for using 'Red Bricks'. Price is RM980++. Goodies in form of Legal Fees and also MOT.

Booking Fee is RM10K. Upon Loan Approval, must pay balance of 10% downpayment, CC not accepted

actually i dunno what are your spec... but 700k plus that is fair.. if want millions or semi D or bunglows onwards.. just buy TAN MING 3 storey bunglows.. 1.88 million.. my dream lehh

on high grounds.. surpassing any projects nearby it..

overall comparitive the semi D with the teres it seems that the 3 storey teres is more worth the money.

Yes, bigger built-up but some people prefer to have some extra Land

Hence, best choice is to buy Corner Lot for the 3-storey.

PW3 design nice but environment nothing special. GoodView you still can jogging at surrounding lakeside.

Asali i dont think so you can get that price but then bandar sungai long 2 perhaps but then far abit. heard that is quite big and beautiful.

Far for now but hey back then a lot of people says sungai long 1 was far too but now seems near.

Quite a number of palm walk 3 put on sales and with the current market I think they are a bit hard to find buyer (Personal thought) and we shall see how long they can hold on.

At Tropicana Heights. not difficult if u can qualify for the Bank Loam cos there is really more than a handful of corner units available.

First time I see, new launch got so many corner lots still available. My coliq did ask the Developer how come so many left, the answer was

"For most Development, the Developer normally reserve for their VIP Customers or people buy to turn into Kindergarten"

Our CEO don't believe in reserving for VIP Customers, its First Come First Serve and we tell customers that we do not want out Residential Units to be turned into Kindergarten cos we will build our own Kindergarten but it will not be in the Residential area".

How true don't know cos I don't follow Tropicana projects.

Yes, their Semi-D design seems very small. Also 35 (or 36 feet only) is rather narrow as the land beside the house is only 5 feet. Not big enough for your kids to really cycle and run around.

Their 3-storey corner units would be a better buy but all sold out already.

You can also check out at Kajang 2, few semi d left, 1.38m and comes with 10% discount during the carnival period. 40x80 and freehold

Good view phase two coming out soon but nolonger 988k ++
its 1 mil soon. if i am not wrong about 108 mill ++

luckily SHL didnt build those two steps living and dining hall.
Else it would be their trade mark besides the red bricks.

Btw their semi D after compare with the goodview it is still a good buy.

I think with RM520k can get a bigger unit in mahkota cheras.

Good View Heights .... Nearer to Kajang perdana. On hill top. Heard from SHL staff the link house could start from rm700k. Their model house on display at SL clubhouse. Open for registration too.

Good View .... 2 1/2 storey link house (first phase / row) fully sold. The developer (not SHL) may launch new phase / row soon for the 2 1/2 storey link house but limited units. The Semi-D also not bad especially the Central Park / pond facing. The developer using agent .. Royale Rich... To market n sell.

With MRT completing by 2016 (near Cheras Perdana / Batu 11 Cheras), new UTAR building (expansion) construction on-going in Sg Long and New Chinese School in Sg Long, the prices will appreciate more in future.

Still available for phase 2... But I think there is done draw back ... Which is the the residential area is surrounded by hills, and the house layout is not really good cause it make your living hall narrow.

Went to their launching on 19/11/2014, only see 2 & 2.5 storey semiD didn't see any bungalow.

The so called water spring/lake actually is a retention pond. tongue.gif
