Yes, I also was told that half of the units or Precinct 8 would be launch first bfore the other half. It would be approx 290 units and it would be much better if they launch each of the precinct progressively.

My top picks would be again, 8C @ 22x70, my smallest ever preferred size in terms of 22' width is my key of premium house size and lenght is not importance for me as long as the built up is sustainable for premium living, where, moreover, the layout is fully built till the end, which looks more or less the same as 22x75 with 5' at the back in other individual title township.

If I recall correctly, the ceiling heights for 8C and 8D, ground floor only, would be tentatively either 12-13' feet, with the ID and lighting fittings, it would be very luxury (ious)  feel upon our step into the home.

The 12-13 ft ceiling height at the ground floor, 20' backyard, fully extended layout to the end, more gardens and landscape, strata title homes, I doubt I could find any direct comparison to this premium houses, where the nearest one is Cradle-loin ...

Like any VP, you don't get to see the whole place populated immediately. Even if the location is good. Need $ to fork out for reno (and a few months of reno), need time to clear defects, need holyman to pick right date. Some even , you wait for me, i wait for you la.
