You need to be sure that developer is strong and putting utmost importance to their reputation. Developer of the property you were harping on is not getting their good name. Check out the CT thread you were in earlier and what the past buyer has to say which led them to buying CT rather than anymore units from the developer you were pushing. Let's get back to topic shall we? Anyone bringing their sleeping bag for camping this weekend?  Wonder if ppl would still be doing so like what happened to Cradle. Dev could have done balloting instead. More organized than looking like lots of homeless ppl camping in front of EMSO waiting for walfare. lol.
