Agree with you sam kor.

I also want to know the size of the verandah at side for end lot and corner lots. As well as the master bedroom verandah or balcony.

For such beautiful landscape I certainly agree to the extent of having extra land for greenery and space for kids but for strata title, I am happy enough to have 10-13 ft. Therefore, I see end lot here is more demand compare to corner lots.

Ops, ya, its RM 621k for 1A facing lake. Thats what I mean its about RM 30-35k premium compare to cheapest unit, RM 586k at the last last row of North.

If Merrydale facing 3.7 acres garden units at RM 688k + 35k premium ( RM 723k ), I think quite many ppl sapu given the demand at Cradleton which I also missed.

Wah, u also aiming this row ah.

This row consider the hottest among all beside the row backyard facing waterway.

I unsure whether EW will release all rows of North Garden but I dont think so.

8B and 8D is only 3 rows available at South Garden, not yet launch, so the price also not confirm yet but just estimated by Jason Kor. But I think is lower than above unless North Garden fully sold upon launching this weekend.

What is GoodView phase 2 built up dulu?

Bfore built up, concept, landscape and materials in EM already 7-10% worth or costlier than GV woh.

22x75 is the land size, I asking built up lah, aiyo.

What? Material use for the house and whole perimeter township no need to compare? Then why dont why ask ppl buy lower quality DSTH at old old taman without playground, without fence, without guard and everything also no but GV?
