Got the notification count for 3rd party app now. Yay

Finished, developer version will be available next month and all Mi and Redmi will get updated around Oct, nice.

Nope. Only Mi3 and Mi4 will get the Miui V6 Dev rom update in Sept. Stable version release in Oct.

All the other devices such as Redmi Note and Redmi 1s will only get it at the end of this year.

So should we say we the Mi3 users are lucky because we can use Miui V6 faster than the other Miui users?

Btw, they didn't mention when it will be released for Mi pad.

I thot MIUI6 will be based on Android L. Mana tau its the looks that is based on Android L.

If you are fine with the prospect of losing all your data without any backup, then sure.

The calendar app looks like 1:1 copy of sunrise calendar

And a lot of stuff is optimised for the Chinese. Very useful in fact.

I do hope more Android L element is implemented tho.

can only see the xiaomi cd drive and mi3w portable media player. none which can access the mi3 inside folders

miui v6 for mi3... all flat ui now.. ..i prefer cm rom..hopefully they can release the source soon..

I done that many times, once i plug the phone to PC, it run automatically, or i can go to phone file thru file explorer, from Nokia, Blackberry, Samsung, Xiaomi all same procedure, r u a first time smart phone user ??

Pull down the notification & tape file if you still cannot access Mi3 file.

You should be able to access the files through the Mi3W portable media player.

Try restarting your computer, unplugging it and then plug it back in. It should automatically install the drivers for you. Try changing USB ports on your PC as well.

1) Is Xiaomi Mi3 using Micro-Sim card or some other sim card sizes?

2) If I buy an AP set, is it easy to change the language to fully English instead of Chinese in case the AP set is from China?
