Guys, a question here regarding Xiaomi powerbank 10400mah. I've been charging my new powerbank for almost 1 hour using my laptop. But it still stuck at second level. Is it normal or my powerbank is faulty?

It's an original Xiaomi powerbank which i got from flash sales. If its faulty, throw away dy zzz

laptop? LOL. that's hardly 0.5A Use a 2A charger LG G2 charger or I pad 2 charger. It will take 4 hours to charge zero to full then.

Use a proper wall charger to charge it. Unless your USB port is 3.0, else it'll take more than 8 hours to fully charge it.

Use your phone charger to charge it la.

1 hour is nothing, my first charge is 6 hours till all light on.. u might need to check your laptop usb power output.. if power output low, it will take longer than normal phone charger..

I was using a USB port 2.0 lol...

now using wall charger le hahaha, i thought it's convenient to use the laptop to charge

Then, I will be back in another 4 to 6 hours to see if anything goes wrong with the powerbank. Thanks all for the input, really helpful

USB 2.0 in notebook spare 20hours la. If you need fast get a 2amps wall plug from0% to 100% 5 hours. Oh and cable quality play important role.
