can anyone confirm if this ad is true?.
http://www.mudah.my/Xiaomi+MI+Mi3+Quad+Cor...GB-29149388.htm

i'm not used to buy things at mudah and the seller only had 2 ads in his account, so i'm a bit suspicious.

the price they asking for is ridicilously cheap compare to other seller who currently ask around RM 770+
and the china set also used to sell around RM700

In China there are two versions of MI3, One is TD-SCDMA with the nVidia Tegra 4 chip, and another version which is able to be used in Malaysia, the WCDMA version with Qualcomm Snapdragon 800.

So don't buy the wrong version.

does the WCDMA china set has any problem with our local telco?.. been searching for the black mi3 ,doesn't like the grey one that much..

WCDMA version will work well here, don't hope so much for other colours to appear here beside AP units as it was China market's privilege. Hate the fact they advertise those colorful PB in website yet limit us with just one. yawn.gif

i'm just looking foe the black coloured mi3, but even now the ap set is being sell at least RM770++ more than what the Xiaomi Malaysia is selling and that not including the postage., it used to be sold at rm700 ... sweat.gif

Both are good seller, reliable, if u need opinion I might pick DirectD, coz I once go to their shop, many people go buy phone there.. must be reasons why people willing to queue up just to buy an AP phone..

i know this isn't really the place to ask this, but does fedex have many self collect centre?.. I live in Selangor and on their website there are 3 in Selangor , but it was far from my house around at least 1 hour drive.

i live in the kampung area so my house are kinda hard to find , even the GDex and Skynet ask me to self collect because they can't find my house. only the poslaju guys does. But there are self collect centre for Skynet and GDex that are close from my house , around 10 minutes drive.. but for me Shah Alam is the closest centre and even that is far from my house.

You don't really have many choices, either continue waiting AND call the center every day (pester them normally will put your package in higher priority) or drive all the way there to pickup.

Do call to ensure your package is ready for pickup and to ensure its not being pass to their 3rd party courier (GDEX, etc). If not go there, then package is not in FedEx warehouse, you hantuk kepala.

i guess i have to be a your average annoying customer to their customer service,.. i guess that what u get for free postage.. fedex and ups is great for sending postage oversea but when receiving them. it was pain in the ass..

i would be more happy if they send to their 3rd party courier like GDEX, at least it was close from my home.

I've ordered my Mi3 at Xiaomi website on 19th Aug and the shipment arrive cleared custom on 22nd Aug, forwarded to Shah Alam FedEx warehouse. FedEx send my the parcel on 23rd Aug but my office was not open on Saturday. 25th Aug, I called FedEx (XiaoMi line) and was told to wait re-send because the packages was send out by batches or I can do self collection at Batu Tiga FedEx distribution point, but I chose to wait. Ultimately my Mi3 arrived to me on 26th Aug. and that's my story.

Sorry, maybe this is not the thread to discuss this but I think you should call FedEx/UPS whichever they use and do self collection if possible.

GOOD LUCK  thumbup.gif

Tuesday sale. I purposely waited till Tuesday to purchase coz the presale said needed to wait like average half a month which is kinda  shakehead.gif  a lot stuff could happen between that time.

Yeah, it isn't really worth it to buy Mi3 on the pre sale anymore, easily can get the phone on the Tuesday sale even after 15 minutes.. is the phone on the Tuesday sale is ready stock at Xiaomi Malaysia at that moment or the phone shipped from China?
