Sorry for the delay in my reply, been BZ with shyte tongue.gif
anyways according to the GM of Sumber Auto, not Honda Malaysia
(i hve spoken to him as well, on another matter)
after doing the pressure test they found our my gearbox has kaput or abt
to kaput, details for reasons i cannot devulge will not be said here.
so they hve put in a request for replacement via Honda Malaysia which
wld take abt a week to process.

So my advise to all, IF u hve any jerking(jerk's not included) or vibrations pre
2004 cars, PLEASE visit ur nearest SA and get it checked. Seriously blink.gif

in all honesty, am not so worried now, am jus glad its getting fixed.. icon_idea.gif

Wax is just for protection. Polish brings back the shine by removing a thin layer of clear coat. Polish of coz la more expensive! Gotta do a lot of things tongue.gif I suggest your polish terus. Then just maintain wax once a month. Confirm your car will be shiny 24/7 man icon_rolleyes.gif

Guys, my City's 1000KM service is due soon. Any service centers to recommend? I'm in KL/PJ area. The nearest to me is the one near Ikea, but the waiting area looks bored to death. The nearest to my office is Jalan Pudu branch, but their sales service sucks so I'm doubtful about their car service (of course if you have good things to say about this one, please voice out). How about Jalan 222? Or any other?

Thanks.

I've been to Roda BB Old Klang Road SC, Kah Motor Puchong SC, Peringgit Auto Old Klang Road SC and West Star SC..

I'd prefer Peringgit Auto over the rest for a better lounge area although it still is boring, but the queue is horrible.. If I send my car to this SC, I usually go around 7.30am.. It's nearer to my place as well.. So far, this SC has the most workers and service bays in comparison to the rest.

Roda BB seems okay, but quite poor reception area and waiting area.. somehow i noticed that although they have quite a number of workers, they don't really quickly settle the servicing/repairs but take their own sweet time.. They send reminders for servicing and i've even got a call as a survey for customer satisfaction on their services. I usually settle for this SC if Peringgit Auto can't perform services for my car when they're full.

Kah Motor Puchong SC probably have the least waiting time for me. But I kinda dislike their workers attitude and the way they handle one's car, thus I stopped going there. I bought my car from the Puchong showroom, that's the reason why I was there for the first couple of services.

West Star SC at Ampang is the latest that i've been. Quite satisfied with their service and attitude. However, you may have to wait for quite a while due to the lack of space in this SC. The cons of this SC to me at the moment would be the distance, freaking far la =.=" but it's recommended by a fellow friend thus I went ahead and check it out..

To be honest, the lounge area doesn't really matter much to me as I usually follow the workers as they perform the services and repair on my car. What matters to me is that they service the car accordingly, did not drive haphazardly in the SC and able to solve problems that arises with the car.

wtf... Honda is still trying to hide the problem with the CVT from going public. It's already common knowledge among car enthusiasts.

man ma lai lorr, u know i know they know ok lorrr... rclxms.gif
with any BIG corporation, it is not good for biz if there is a flaw or could be a flaw
in their products/system, am i right, so kudo's hve to be given to Honda for their
willingness to fix the problem, rather then turning away their customers!

IF i remember correctly, some time back there was a re-call for CT for some
FOC tune-ups, so they are going that "slight" xtra mile to access the
problems as well as assist B4 the problem becomes a bigger problem.

on another note another particular important Japanese brand, whihc my other frens like, hve major gear box problems, as well as leakings and hve been turned away by their SA, without any reasons given, so now tell me, who is winning now??

either way, as long as the company mentioned is taking care of their customers
they will hve repeat customers for a very long time thumbup.gif

it aint called POWER OF DREAMS for nothing rclxms.gif
