or just next skyAwani ii, iii , iv hmm.gif sweat.gif LRT access is still a plus point ( close eyes on surroundings + cows around biggrin.gif )

skyawani is affordable home = lower grade.
You have to visit Ascenda Residences and take that as the benchmark. Visit the car park area enough, is better than most luxury standard condo.

I'm referring to Des Red's point of it being a growth driver...it's not strategic enough..never mentioned don't have a road to go city bang:D .. Eko's supposed to be a mix dev project that is gonna be a hub for biz and resi...because of this the exact position is critical including public transport options etc....

Sky Meridien is a one-off project (for now) positioned better because near lrt..and quicker to connect to city...nowadays 1km also got difference because of population density...just look at the difference between Pasar road condos and YTL/SKY project..they are only 1-2 km apart... but a different world in terms of pricing and position

Yeah. WIP projects all cannot compare. Same goes for the security and other facilities. Awani series is separate from other Sky projects.

I think Sky Awani received attention because they kept bleating about Qlassic score and how that project is like a condo and then end product..paint scheme looks funny and due to people's expectations...the inside a bit disappointing. Classic case of overselling a product and building too much expectation.

A lot of devs have been through this at some point. Paid a visit the other day, for 300k it's quite a deal tbh. u can't get much for 300 k in kl these days. But like everything else, there is room to improve. It be interesting to see how the rest of the Awani series turns out now that they have learnt from this.

Sorry to say to those RUMAHWIP SkyAwani 1 purchaser. 300k at that location not worth it. 800 sqft. 1 car park.
Take a look beside enough. Maxim Citylight. 1009 sqft subsale can get at 380k. 2 car park.

True, but for that demograpic..subsale cost makes a big difference I guess... but you are right...maxim seems like a steal next to it

For people that cannot afford subsale its a great deal. For those that can afford subsale, there are better options. The same can be said for most WIP projects.

Let's just say a vocal minority of forumers at that thread had high expectations that it will be on a near similar level as Ascenda since this developer incorporates the QLASSIC standard for the latter project and the end result didn't turn out to be exactly what was promised.

I'm sure most are happy with what is offered in that project, including those who don't frequent this forum.

At the end of the day, we have to be our own judge, and do our own research and decide on which projects suits us. smile.gif

Well said. cost 300 k but expect the level to be 600-800 k range condo. A bit of a stretch.

Qlassic is just a build quality index. The messaging was flawed from SkyWorld and that led to inflated expectations. They seem to have improved their messaging for Awani 2 and 3.
