Sentul West so far only had The Maple, which was completed back in 2006, but the asking price is dy RM 960k onwards for a 1,535sf unit.

YTL. Like what sosobear had highlighted, they're really taking their sweet time to develop Sentul East. If they had developed it to be on par with MRCB's KL Sentral, then they'll be able to attract other big developers to come in and make their mark there.
There are other developers like UOA, Maxim and SCP which are developing Sentul, but they are more concentrated on the Jln Sentul Pasar side.
