2. Budget: RM 1.5K below. Cheaper the better.
3. Usage : Programming (PHP, light weight text editor), Youtube, Torrent
4. Preferred laptop/screen size: 15" Full HD
5. DOS: Free DOS. Installing Unix Distro.

that abit low specs ? any lenovo or asus recommendation ?

find me 1 3442 i7 lo... hardly ppl order high spec.... i oso lucky found it in dell list

I've checked on Lenovo website for the G50-70, it stated that the resolution is 1366X768 and there's no info about the screen reso for the S410.

1. Preferred Brand: HP is my priority, apart from that anything else but ASUS
2. Budget: Around RM1000 - RM 1500
3. Usage: Mostly for student purposes, work purposes, surfing the internet, minor gaming
4. Preferred laptop/screen size: Smaller size, around 11 inch is acceptable, light enough to carry around.

Budget = RM2k and below.

Manufacturer = ANY but I prefer HP, DELL, Acer

Processor = If Intel, i5 and above. "U" type. If AMD, A6 and above.

HDD = 500GB and above

Graphic card = Integrated.

Screen = 15", FHD if possible. If not, HD+ is good enough.

Laptop used for = Basic word document, college assignment and stuffs.

**Having a DVD drive is a plus.

I also think i3 is enough but since now the latest is i7, worry if i go for i3 very fast outdated
