went to one of the maybank branch apply for this card. but they said i have to pledge 20k fd in order to apply this card even my m2c current credit limit is 15k.  any idea?  |

Alternative way is increase credit limit first to 20k. (Pledge 5k FD) Then only apply for visa signature |
