Does this look like user problem or material problem? If I broke it, it should have just fallen off right? When I was exiting the car park I was doing a lot of left and right turns, so if anything it should have just fallen out immediately rather than fall out after a while.

P/S: Ignore the white marks around the edge of the stalk as it was probably caused by me trying to put the thing back into place as I thought it was a clipped on stalk or something.

Not sure how this thing broke. Hardly touched it, and I certainly don't abuse the plastic bits in my car. . Now I dunno whether can claim warranty for this or not. Forced to tape it onto my steering wheel cause it can activate my wiper.

Also, if anyone is interested the official size for our wipers should be 16"/24". I'm currently using piaa super sporza 24 and radix 16. Both same silicone but somehow super sporza is around 100 more.

True, but in the long run the PIAA may save you a lot more, in addition to having really good wiping performance due to the special silicone rubber mix + coating. It seems that many people have had good experience with PIAA wipers especially in terms of longevity. The silicone rubber refill is only around RM35 ~ RM40 per blade, so the initial cost is high but after that it should be cheap to maintain.

My last PIAA wipers (Aero vogue) on my Persona lasted over 3 years and is/was still going. Gave it along with the car, so I don't know if it's still with it or got songlapped by the dealer. I expect this set to last a few years w/o requiring any blade replacements as well.

Brought one used suprima s year 2014,  claimed 4 new tyres from proton after driving it for 2 months, the new tyres quality were lousy, after using it for 2 months, found crack line, tread pealed off on all tyres,  took photos and email to careline, within a week, an officer call me to ask which sc I prefer to send my car to changing a new set of tyre. Follow by 2 sms to infom me the date and time of the appointment.  
So fast and efficient, well done Ponton!

Btw proton is giving continental tyre this time, model is contisportcontact 3.

I'm still waiting for mine. Booked a slot towards the end of the month a week+ ago, but no one has called me yet to confirm it. It's nice to know that they're willing to replace the tyres again. Perhaps others who have had their tyres replaced before can try asking protong about this.

i've read that some of you who bought a used suprima can claim the warranty (example like replacing the OCH / Tires).

may i know how do you guys managed to do that cause I'm expecting my car (2013 used 'showroom' suprima with 4200km mileage) somewhere next week and already contacted proton careline regarding the warranty.

They mentioned that the warranty only valid to the first owner of the car (which in my case is Proton themself).
