QUOTE(mat79 @ Sep 18 2013, 12:59 PM) during reversing, planetary gear play it parts n giving the cvt fix ratio. sometimes need to rev higher b4 the clutch is fully release to prevent the engine from stalling especially when its on a slope or slight incline. same as forward d mode when climbing an incline from static. just imagine a manual car clutch operation. make sure u r in complete stop first bfore engaging reverse gear. if still the problem persist despite all ready practice as stated above, send it to sc to diagnose. normally it will go away after a while since its still new,the cvt i mean. i think ocv isnt suppose to be the culprit this time. hard to diagnose without tools. but my advice, monitor it for a while. FAQ:» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Hear click sound when pressing foot brake, in "P" (not initial when starting car) is NORMAL - gearbox shift lock
The boot lever is electronic. Will not work if the car battery is dead. No need to yank the boot lever strongly like cable boot release. If the car battery dies, lower the rear seats to gain access to the boot.
If the petrol warning sign comes out, the distance left will be _ _ _ km. This will happen <52 KM left. When it does happen, you still have 50 KM to find a fuel station
After you drive, and turn off the vehicle, a fan sound may come from the engine bay too cool down the turbo unit for few minutes. This is normal. This post has been edited by hafiz_tahir: Apr 6 2015, 10:27 AM

YES 4G Huddle Guide» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Suprima S Infotainment System (HU) Manual» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Actually the manual already saved in the HU itself, but for those who experience problem or any difficulties to view the .pdf version of the manual reside in the HU, here the .pdf version uploaded online. https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B2TfKLofC0...dit?usp=sharingFYI the manual in the HU located at Setting > Car Manual Guide on Using/Updating Lokatoo Map (Proton Navigation System) v6.0» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Additional notesFor those who experiencing problem when try to use the Proton Navigation System, the Navigation can't detect microSD card, you may try this solution, so far it works. Do not skip any step. -assume that you in the car the moment you troubleshoot the problem. - Turn off your engine.
- Remove the microSD card from connectivity slot.
- Let your car HU properly powered down. I mean the DVD slot light must be turned off (you may leave your car or do what ever you want to do, I guess it takes 30 sec). Maybe arm your car... let it in armed mode for a while.
- Disarm your car.
- Insert microSD card (the small one) in the microSD card slot
- Turn on the engine.
- On your HU.
- Open Navigation
- The navigation should work now.

QUOTE(dares @ Jul 24 2014, 10:00 PM) kenot be.....your other cars are more powerful No lah, the other cars mileage all above 50k KM and injectors are filled with carbon build ups, thus, the Proton still feel faster..
