I was in Toronto, Canada in 1979. They already have MRT back then.

Now, all surrounding small cities have LRT which is connected to MRT in Toronto.

From the website, lrt bandar botanic station located at Ambang botanic side.

Is this mean there will be a pedestrian bridge to botanic west jalan cassia ?

that area is covered by multiple LRT stations. theres one near AEON which will be walking distance from the cemara houses in bdr botanic (near ambang).

Apologies, unsure of whether got bridge to cassia houses or not. Need to call lrt3 and ask. AFAIK, lrt3 got abt 300m walkway from each station.

LRT3 will be a convenience as driving to PJ can be reduced. This adds to the KTM komuter.

Lots of stops.. estimated how long to reach BU from bukit tinggi with lrt3

still better than nothing. Gov should really approve those plans to add additional stations if really short on funds. A lot of areas still no connectivity

I don't know but depends on intervals too.

My house to office.
1) LRT and walking is 55 minutes.
2) By car before 7am to work is 20 minutes. Return before 5 pm. 45 minutes. During jam and peak hours, each journey is more than an hour.

Cost is double vs LRT excluding car park, and car wear and tear.

I get nearly 45 minutes fast walking exercise too if I use LRT.

Conclusion. LRT is good during peak hours, cheaper, healthier.

Good alternative.
