All finalized stations are in the link below. its beside the petronas station on jln langat. Can be accessed via back road from tesco, tesco itself, jln langat, klang jaya too. https://www.lrt3.com.my/alignment-stations/

A lot of the new and old tamans along this route will see more than 10-15% appreciation due to lrt3.

Ask lrt3 about this better they make the passage since the station in dataran prima is locked by highway, impossible to passing thru

LRT 3 - confirm
WCE highways (will bypass PLUS) - confirm
ECRL Klang Valley (Klang-Kapar-Puncak Alam-Serendah-Gombak-Kuantan-Terengganu-Kelantan) - Confirm
Klang Valley southern line (Klang-KLIA-Seremban) - proposed.

linked Alibaba, IKEA Asia HQ, Pulau Carey new port, KLIA Aeropolis, Malaysia vision valley.

Western Klang valley is next waves of growth magnet inside Klang Valley. Let just put hope it can grow into an international port city like Shanghai, Hong Kong, Singapore and Guangzhou.

I guess station 3 (BU11) not really in Merchant Square but in Lebuh Bandar Utama. Distant between Merchant Square with LRT is about 620m
