I unticked the PRELOADER then it flashed sucessfully with SP Flash...

BTW does our Honor actually supports maximum 64GB microSD as show in the SP Flash ? Anybody tested 64GB card on the phone yet?

Guys one thing I'm still not sure yet in buying the phone. Like all other china brand, I want to know how easy it is to find replacement parts for repair for this phone?

Well actually I was troubleshooting battery drain issues... I noticed with CPU Spy... this phone iding more on the 1040mhz freq. The 598 Mhz was very minimal.... and even Deep Sleep was lower significantly compared to the 1040 MHz cpu freq... hoping with greenify can auto Zzzz apps...

But now I'm on the B008 firmware, the CPU Spy show better Time In State for 598Mhz and Deep Sleep freq. The 1040Mhz cpu was minimal...

not upgrade to B113 ?

Not yet since reflashing just now. Last time was on B113 where the CPU usage was high. Later will try to update again.

Some shops offer additional year warranty if buy from them instead of vmall. So you get 1 yr huawei warranty + 1 year shop warranty. After 2 years, it probably makes more sense to buy a new unit than to repair since a 8 core phone will be budget device by then...

I don't think so the warranty works that way. The 2 years warranty is solely with the SHOP you bought the phone. As for 1 year warranty yes but with HUAWEI overseas where the phone was brought into this country... e.g: Huawei China if it is CHINA set. If you intend to send to Huawei Malaysia service centre they won't bother bcoz the warranty not covered in this region (Malaysia).

Vmall sets are 1 year warranty exclusively with Huawei Malaysia.

Hmmm... wondering issue below is isolated case...

OK... detected the root of the problem... it's the charging rate...

If we charge H3C via 2.1A current, the touchscreen becomes erratic.

If to charge using standard 1.0A, no issue on the touchscreen...

But I prefer 2.1A to get it full charge within an hour from 20% battery level...

May I ask what 2.1A adaptor you using there? Branded and good one? I've been using this HP adaptor which has a good voltage and amp output (5.3v @ 2.0 amp). So far good charging rate and no issues with touch screen while charging. Been using with my previous ThL W3 phone, wife's Lenovo A850, Chuwi V88 and Pipo SI Pro tablets, now the Huawei Honor also no issues so far.

Bought this at Tesco during promo for RM19.90. It has 4 gang-ports plus 2 USB charge. Now the price edy increased to RM39.90 iinm...
Other phones works OK with that 2.0A rate, but not for H3C apparently...
