QUOTE(budak minyak @ Oct 23 2014, 02:24 PM) Went to Kah Motor Chan Sow Lin to service my car just now, really disappointed to see after they finished, got scratch on the bodykit of my car. I complaint to them, at first they didn't want to admit, finally after talk to manager etc, only then they agreed to reimburse me by painting back my bodykit. Really disappointed with their services. Now i have to send my car there again and leave for 2 days for them to paint back my bodykit. Wasting my time. [attachmentid=4182707] usually while they are servicing your car, do you wait at the waiting area or go down to the service area and see what they are doing ? cause you are very lucky they decides to reimburse you... i know many wouldn't get reimburse back. i always go down to the service area and see my car and what those personal are doing ... its the only way to make absolutely sure else they can simply change your parts you also won't know. Honda SC will always tell you that you can't go into the service area but who will check ? I did mine at the USJ branch, just dont use the main door to service area ... go by the sides. I can only see from the mirror on the second floor bro while they servicing my car. They didnt allow customers to go the servicing workshop area. They wanna reimburse me, but still give me a trouble la to send and leave the car there for 2 days.

I see bro ... i think you need to PR a little with the technician or maybe "brother brother a bit" cause i went with my colleague 3 weeks back for his repairs (same branch as yours the chan sow lin kah motors) and both of us were beside the technician the whole time he repair my colleague's car (it was my idea to stand and watch) and I was beside my car at the service area when i took it for first service at USJ branch. call me scaredy cat but i cant help but worry they will simply switch my parts

More flexible on tough situation and paint more lasting. Had been tested by Honda Malaysia as compare two products. That's the reason why the PP that come under Modulo package is expensive compare to 3rd party market.

If I'm one of the technician servicing your car I will be damn stress. Like having examination >< so many pairs of eye looking at my job, most likely I won't be able to do a good job thou

After diving for so long, i had finally done my first post in this topic. First my car is Blue E spec, as usual, have gap between driver seat and some other minor issue. so far i can accept and those issue doesnt affect my passion to city yet.
My ori planning was add: Oem player set with reverse camera and gps. Oem fog lamp D-lock Oem modulo bodykits New 16" rim and michelin.
But now, when first service the services advisor said, all oem will void warranty....WTF. of course bodykits not. But how about the d-lock i had install? I need take out and force to get ori auto lock with RM380, add RM400 if i want the wind screen sensor for alarm system. It is horrible.
What they explain were d-lock might cause the board malfunction and is forbited. For Oem player, it is only void for player part till the fuses and the cabling between them. And those dashboard noisy sound will be ignore as it is no more original.
So no choice, i had buy the player and if anything happen, change back ori player then go another sc.
Any comment regarding the warranty void? or same case as me?

Hi, Am going to get my V Spec soon. Just wondering has anyone installed the auto lock feature into your cars? The front page did show this http://www.public-auto.com/store/index.php...troller=productHas anyone tried before? Any other options to have the auto lock activated by pressing the brake? (Installation has to be no cutting of wires please) Thanks!

QUOTE(ericlaiys @ Oct 22 2014, 07:29 PM) How long car battery can last on honda city? How about the keyless car key? Can we replace the car battery and keyless car key from outside rather than honda? Not sure bout how long it can lasts, but they can check the electrolytes inside. they told me mine is still at 100%. For keyless car key, my SA told me: "you'll know you need to replace its battery when you need to bring your smart key near to the push start button to start your engine." Lol. both batteries replacement, hmm, not sure about this. they're now like touch a bit, warranty void. So, what do you think?

U still need another 300-500 for Tinted itself. So must confirm with your SA the insurance amount able cover how high. Else remaining you need to pay yourself
