guys just for V spec,
all doors lock...u stand near the boot with remote..u press the car boot button, it will open (but the all doors still lock). the alarm will not activate if your remote is still within the range. u try stand far far with open boot (doors still lock) or throw ur remote far far, the alarm will activate.

Guys, my 5 days old city already clocked 500km mileage. This Friday me and family will go holiday from kl to johor, so i think by then the mileage will be more than 1000km. So my question now is, since the first service should be made on 1000km mileage, say if my car when i come back from holiday is 1200km mileage, will it still be okay for the first service? Will honda void my warranty coz already exceed their service conditions which is 1000km mileage?

How long car battery can last on honda city? How about the keyless car key? Can we replace the car battery and keyless car key from outside rather than honda?

Honda price Rm1200 - RM1400.  Outside I know RM600 only.  You can add windscreen insurance anytime. Just call HIP call centre.
There is No Batt indicator will shown on the dashboard if the remote battery need replacement.

if remote battery died, you just need to put the remote near to start button with H logo facing the start button for 10sec. The electromagnetic wave around the start button can provide enough power to activate the chip inside the remote for few secs. Then press the brake pedal and start the car. Don't press the start button only or you need to repeat again.

To replace the remote battery is really simple and cost around RM6 - RM10 for CR2032 battery. Very easy to open the remote.
