its just namely rsku.... but its a studio unit... and only one cp tambah need pay 10% dp... those who able to pay 10% dp i think have better financial management than zero down bebas buyers no? and they are buying at almost similar pricing persqft to bebas buyers... although til now i cant make any sense towards this arrangement by selangor gov... maybe they just wanna keep in sync with central gov hope of offering alot more affordable housing kot... studio also consider as affordable housing doesnt make any sense....

I thought the project doing very well by looking at the shops opening...

Hope they learned the lesson and not repeat this kind of problem in CTS here. Anywhere, overall CTS here at Cheras Balakong Selangor area surprisingly doing very well and very Ong compare to KL Gombak there... Closer to kl city with kl address very doesn't means can make wonder.

Looks like main con problem, same main con in charge of a particular Kepong waterfall project..

Mostly likely could be the main con or the sub con. hope they fire/reject the main con or sub con that caused the issue out of this development.

betul ka... u sure we are talking about the same location ka...? or u meant those shops upstairs? those ground floor shoplot i din see any empty unit at the whole trader square pun...

different population... the spending power here also way higher... the hap seng mercedes nearby is the best performing branch in Malaysia bro... there you go the standard of spending power here compare to gombak...

Ah I see, despite the name called balakong, but this place seems a crouching tiger hidden dragon area. Could be many super richs hide here.
