That day I see sales chart, all gone already for type A. Only left those near to kubur still available. I think is unit #7.

its just namely rsku.... but its a studio unit... and only one cp tambah need pay 10% dp... those who able to pay 10% dp i think have better financial management than zero down bebas buyers no? and they are buying at almost similar pricing persqft to bebas buyers... although til now i cant make any sense towards this arrangement by selangor gov... maybe they just wanna keep in sync with central gov hope of offering alot more affordable housing kot... studio also consider as affordable housing doesnt make any sense....

literally just build a smaller unit with the same $ psf. so have the impression as affordable dry.gif

Really doesn't make any sense. Affordable homes but selling same price psf? Then who would buy the affordable homes?
