i buy rumawip (actually is selangorku) RM270k 552sqft = RM489/sqft (they have to fork out 27k to pay downpayment, because no 10% discount)
i buy let's say type B, i rmb low floor around RM350k - 10% rebate - 20k (signed snp within 30 days) = RM295k 604sqft = RM488/sqft (i only pay 1k deposit)
/sqft wise, almost the same?
somemore type A only 1 bedroom, don't think the whole family can squeeze in. unless they rent to outsider. but selangorku i think more strict cannot rent compare to rumawip right?
should worry type B owner rent ba? since 2 room 2 carpark. much easier to rent compare to type C and D.
