Provided the dealer have the stock ready, u might even get the car the next day or the following day after you sign the agreement. My case, i got my chassis number even before i signed the agreement. biggrin.gif

Hi guys,

I just received a call from my SA, he told me that the stock is ready. But I am scare that he will give the display unit in showroom.

In order to check the car is a new or display unit, I would like to ask for help from those who just get their car and share the chassis number here. This will help me to compare the lastest chassis number and display unit chassis nnumber.

hi all sifus here. did u check the manual gear shift release when u took your car. i did and found that i was not able to shift to any other gear when 'cucuk'ing the release button. when i told this to SC, the rep told me that is normal for preve which is unlike any normal car. he said need to start car 1st, then cucuk n change gear. sounds very funny for me. do u experience the same? or the method i used was wrong. read the manual a few times on that.
*
isn't it supposed to be like that? unsure.gif
the gear lock is enable by default when you off the engine on 'P'. and only the fob with correct signal can unlock the gear. isn't it?

but for towing of course la u must cucuk the release button so the car can be towed

Its normal to have rattling noise in Preve. May try to visit your nearest service centre, they can minimise the rattling noise smile.gif

Seeing quite a number of new Preve owneers raising issues with their new Preve. Some may be minor but personally I do not expect this number of complaints especially with a brand new car!

Now having second thought on getting Preve Premium. Saying to myself that very likely I will also be complaining here about some problems when I get my new Preve!

Any new Preve owners without any issues with their new Preve?

Cheerio.

That button should be able to release the shifter even with engine off, otherwise defeat the purpose of that button dy, eg, when you can't start the car but need to push it to the side of the road, you use that button to be able to shift into N.
